Chapter 10, Mishna 1 We are obligated to ensure that members of our community, and especially our households, rejoice on Passover night. How? With gifts that are meaningful to them. Locally fashionable dresses are mentioned for women, and wine for men, sweets for the kids. Should we be concerned re the obligation to drink four cups of wine on Passover, given that drinking “in pairs” makes one vulnerable to attack by demons and evil spirits?
