Richest Man In Town Dies

Yankel Is Crying

The richest man in town dies and hundreds of mourners attend the funeral.

Among them, the rabbi notices Yankel, a poor tailor, crying as if his heart is shattered.

“I see how difficult this is for you, Yankel. Were you closely related to the deceased?”

“No,” says Yankel, choking back a sob. “No relation at all!”

“But then why do you weep?”

“That’s why!”
