Rav Chizkiya said in the name of Rav, “In the World to Come, every person will be called to account for everything his eyes saw, but of which he did not eat. Rabbi Le’azar paid particular attention to this teaching, setting aside a portion of his income so that he could eat every kind of [kosher] food at least once a year.”
